NFCはDallas Cowboys vs Detroit Lions（AT&T Stadium, Arlington, TX）が対戦し、Cowboysが24-20でLionsを降した。

Divisional playoffsの勝者は、1月18日のConference Championshipsに進出する。Super Bowl XLIXは2月1日、University of Phoenix Stadium（Glendale, AZ）で開催される。
