Tigers beat A's 3-0 in ALDS Game 5

MLB Postseasonはディビジョンシリーズで最後に残っていたALDSのDetroit x Oakland第５戦がOakland Coliseum（O.co）で10日行われた。ゲームはタイガース先発のジャスティン・バーランダーが８回までアスレチックスを無失点に抑え、３-0でリーグチャンピオンシップ（ALCS）に進んだ。

これでAL、NLのリーグチャンピオンシップシリーズ（LCS）出場４チームが出揃った。NLCSは11日（金曜日）からLA Dogers @ St Louis、ALCSは12日（土曜日）からDetroit @ Bostonでリーグ優勝をかけて対戦する。

ディビジョンシリーズは3戦先勝制（best-of-five）だったが、LCSは5戦先勝制（best-of-seven）で行われる。LCSは遅くとも19〜20日に決着がつく。ワールドシリーズ（best-of-seven）は23日から、優勝チーム本拠地スタジアムでスタートする。
