The countdown to the NBA regular season continues as Basketball TV and NBA Premium TV will televise the 2013 NBA preseason games.

NBAの2013-14レギュラーシーズンが10月29日（日本時間30日）スタートする。オープニングナイトは３ゲームが開催される。開幕第１戦はOrlando @ Indiana戦（7 PM ET）でスタートし、Chicago @ Miami（８PM ET）、LA Clippers @ LA Lakers（10：30 PM ET）が続く。実質的なオープニングゲームは前シーズン優勝のマイアミとシカゴの対戦（American Airlines Arena, Miami, FL）である。

発表されているパワーランキングを総合すると、Easternはファイナル２連覇中のヒートが最有力優勝候補である。ヒート３連覇を阻むとすれば、デリック・ローズが復帰したシカゴを措いてはない。この２球団に次ぐのはBrooklynとIndianaが有力である。

いっぽうWesternはDoc RiversのLA Clippers、Dwight Howardの加入したHouston Rockets、前シ−ズン優勝チームSan Antonioの力が伯仲して混戦模様である。
各球団は2014年４月16日のレギュラーシーズン終了までに82ゲームを消化する。
