Miley Cyrus wore sexy cutout dress with thigh-high studded boots, smoking a suspicious cigarette onstage at MTV EMAs 

The 2013 MTV EMA（11月10日）はウイナーだけでなく、Miley Cyrus のパフォーマンスも注目されていた。彼女は8月のMTV VMA（Barcleys Center, Brooklyn, NYC）で、センシュアルなパフォーマンスでひんしゅくを買ったから、メディアの注目が集まっていた。

今回もコスチュームは挑発的だったが、コレオグラフィーは比較的正常で、センセーショナルというところまではいかなかった。Hannah Montanaの頃の、良い子像に対する反動とみられているが、Ms Cyrusはなかなか大人に脱皮できないでいる。
